I forgot to collect an item that I left in a locker. What should I do?

If when rushing to leave, you forgot or did not have the time to retrieve your item from a locker at the end of an event, you have up to 30 days following the event to retrieve it before it will be destroyed. 

To do so, simply contact the company ALES on 01.34.66.45.50. You must retain your locker ticket, as it will be requested when retrieving your item.
